Hi there, Phil here from the Lighthouse Rocks Show. If you listened to this weeks show, you heard the announcements I made regarding both this show, and the Reaper's Call show.

The show has had a great run so far - just passing the 3 year mark! In reflecting those 3 years, I realized that the show isn't meeting my goal. While I think I do a great job in exposing you to new music, I really want to do better to promote the bands I play, and provide a better experience for you- the listener. And for that, I need your help.

As I take some time off from the show to finish up some projects, I want to redesign the show to incorporate new ideas - basically create the best indie metal show this planet has to offer. Let me know what you want to hear, what you don't like about the current show and what the show needs to be kick ass. I've set up a forum that we can all roundtable this thing.

After careful consideration, I am sorry to report that I have decided to cancel the Reaper's Call Show. I loved doing the show, but as Phibble grows, time becomes scarce and I felt that the show was suffering, as was my other show.

While the show won't air at it's usual monthly slot, I will be incorporating it's content into my show which airs every Metal Monday at 6PM ET. So instead of getting your Hardcore Metal only once a month- you get to hear it every single week!

How Do I Post On A Phibble Blog?

We've made it real easy. The first step is to register (if you haven't done so already). With your registration you'll get a profile page that spotlights you and the things that matter to you. Next, join the group that is associated with this blog. You can find a link directly to it on the right side navigation on this page (you can also click on the groups tab above, and find it in the list). Once you have joined the associated group, you'll automatically become an Author on this blog. The last step is real easy. Just click on the big orange "Create A Post" tab on the top of the page, and you'll be taken to the "backend" where you'll be able to create a new post, and manage previous ones.
